Low-voltage LED, designed at dusk on your own property. We set real fixtures on your beds and your facade, turn them on, and you decide standing in your own yard — before you have spent a dollar.

Where we work

Close enough to come back.

We stay inside metro Atlanta on purpose. Lighting is not a one-visit relationship — fixtures get re-aimed as the trees grow, lamps get swapped and transformers get checked, and being twenty minutes away is the whole difference.

The dusk demo

You see it lit before
you spend a dollar.

Nobody can picture lighting from a drawing, and a quote for something you cannot picture is a quote you will not sign. So we do not ask you to. We bring the fixtures to your property and turn them on.

  1. 1

    We walk it in daylight

What the house is made of, where the good trees are, which way you come home, where you actually sit in the evening. Twenty minutes, no charge.

  2. 2

    We come back at dusk

Real fixtures, set on your beds and your facade, powered up while you stand in your own yard. Move one, take one away, ask what another would cost.

  3. 3

    You decide on the spot

The quote matches the thing you just looked at — not a description of it. If it is not for you, we pack up and there is nothing to pay.

Book a dusk demo this week — it takes an evening and costs nothing.

What we light

Four jobs, one system.

All of it low-voltage LED on a single transformer and controller, so it comes on by itself and costs almost nothing to run.

A brick facade washed with warm light after dark

Facade & architecture

Wide, low-glare wash that follows the shape of the house instead of flooding it. Stone and brick get grazed from close in so the texture reads; siding gets lit from further out so it stays even.

Path lights along a walkway at night

Paths, steps & drives

Enough light to walk safely and not one lumen more. Fixtures set off the edge and spaced so you see the path, not a runway of hot spots.

An uplit tree canopy at night

Trees & moonlighting

Uplights at the base for trunk and canopy; moonlights fitted high in the branches so the yard gets dappled light falling through the leaves, the way a full moon does.

A pool and terrace lit at night

Pool, terrace & entertaining

The part of the property you actually use after work. Submerged pool light, warm wash on the surround, and the beds lit behind so the space has a back wall instead of a black one.

What it costs

Lighting, priced per fixture.

Lighting is quoted by what you choose to light, so the number moves with the design — and you settle it standing in the yard at dusk, not over a phone.

Straight answers

What people ask at dusk.

What does it cost to run?

It is all LED. Lighting a whole facade draws less than the single porch bulb it replaces, and it is on a timer that follows sunset, so it is never on in daylight.

Will you tear up the beds?

No. Low-voltage cable lays in a slit cut with a blade, not an open trench. The beds look untouched the next morning.

What happens as the trees grow?

Fixtures get re-aimed and lamps swapped at the seasonal visits we are already making for your irrigation. A lighting design is not finished the day it is installed.

Can you light a house that already has some lighting?

Usually yes. We will tell you honestly what is worth keeping and what is throwing glare in your neighbour’s bedroom.

How long does an install take?

Most houses are one day. Larger properties with tree work and a terrace run to two.
