What it costs, and
why we will not guess.
Every yard is a different size, slope and soil, so a price list would be a fiction. What we can tell you honestly is how we price, what drives the number up or down, and what you will never be charged for.
Three kinds of job, three ways of pricing.
You will always know which one you are in before we start, and you will get the number before we do the work — not after.
Service call
- Sprinkler repair from $95 — a flat call-out that covers the diagnosis
- We find the cause, then quote the fix before touching it
- Common parts are on the truck, so most repairs finish the same visit
- In the heat we can often be out the same day
Design & installation
- Full systems from $3,500, quoted per property after we walk it with you
- Driven by lot size, slope, soil, planting and how many zones it really needs
- Lighting is quoted after a dusk demo — you see it lit before you commit
- Trenching, restoration and the controller are in the number, not extras
Seasonal plan
- Spring start-up $175–$225 · winterization $95–$120
- Full zone walk each visit, so small faults are caught early
- Priority in the summer, when everybody calls at once
- Cancel any time — it is a service, not a contract to escape
The numbers, before you call.

Licensed and insured on every job — and it is our own crew, never a subcontractor you have never met. Call (470) 559-7634 and we will tell you honestly which line your yard falls under.
The honest variables.
Lot size and zone count
The single biggest factor. More area means more zones, more heads and more pipe — not just a bigger version of the same job.
Slope and soil
Georgia clay drains slowly and slopes run water downhill. Both change head selection and run times, and a system that ignores them wastes water.
What is already there
Reusing a sound mainline is cheaper than replacing it. We will tell you if what you have is worth keeping.
Access and restoration
Tight side yards, mature roots and finished hardscape all slow trenching. Restoring what we opened is part of the quote.
Simple terms.
What payment methods do you take?
Cash, check, Zelle, Venmo and Cash App.
Do you charge for a quote?
Not for installation quotes — we walk the property and quote it. Diagnosing a fault on an existing system is a service call, because that is real work.
Will the price change once you start?
Only if we find something we could not see, and then we stop and tell you before doing it. No surprises added at the end.
Do you offer financing?
Ask when we quote — it depends on the size of the job.
